Did My Order go through? I didn't receive a confirmation Email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order #, your order did not process in our system. It is common for the charge to show up on your credit/debit card bill as a pending charge, but the tendered amount will automatically be refunded into your account (typical time for this is 1-3 business days, depending on your bank). Please try and place your order again, and contact our customer service for further assistance at support@shopnessia.com

 

Modifying your Order

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering.

 

Can I cancel My Order?

You have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order from the time your order is completed. Please contact us at support@shopnessia.com and provide your order number. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

 

Can I track my shipments?

YES! We offer tracking on all shipments. Please allow a maximum of 7 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.

 

How much is the shipping?

Delivery is currently FREE in most of the World. Shopnessia has ensured that most products do not cost anything for shipping. In case any product asks you to pay for shipping, please, contact us prior placing your order so we can help you with your order. This is subject to change.

 

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not have an expedited shipping option for you currently, but we are planning to in the future, so please check back with us soon.

 

My Order says shipped but I typed my address incorrectly...

Please notify us at support@shopnessia.com  immediately if you have entered your address incorrectly during checkout. Unfortunately, if you don't inform us immediately you will not be able to modify the order.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order.

Shopnessia will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

 

What is the typical delivery time?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping and in very rare instances 4-6 weeks if the order is intercontinental.

 

Lost/Unknown Causes in Shipment

Packages that are either stolen, lost or undelivered are NOT our responsibility. If your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to explain the situation and provide them with your tracking number.

Please also be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs may delay the transit time of some packages.

 

Where Is My Order coming from?

Our designers are located all over the world, but our distribution hub is mainly located in Asia where all deliveries begin their journey.

With some products, Shopnessia will give you the option to choose from where you want to be shipped.

International Taxes/Duties

Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties. 

Shopnessia is not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any additional customs fees. 

 

Do You Offer Refunds?

If you would like to return an item, provided it in accordance with our return policy (see link below) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return and Exchange?

Want to return something? Sure, No problem! All orders (excluding items on sale) are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase! To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unworn and returned in the original packaging that you received. We won't be able to process a return on items that are used or damaged by you.

To return, please contact us first at support@shopnessia.com  and we will provide you with an address where you can return your item (s)

We strongly encourage using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so you can follow your item in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the item is defective, then we will gladly exchange the item.

Sale items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.

Shopnessia is not responsible for shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges – this is the customer’s responsibility.

We will need to arrange and process the return and we only have 30 days to do so.

  

What payment methods does Shopnessia accept?

Shopnessia accepts most of the most popular forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal & Apple Pay.

 

When will my credit card/ debit card will be charged?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment. Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may look like Shopnessia has taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

 

Why there’s a flag with different currencies?

Shopnessia processes all orders in US Dollars. However, you can use our currency converter to see the price on you own currency. While the content of your shopping cart may be displayed in British Pound Sterling, Euro, Australian USD and Mexican Peso, you will checkout using US Dollars at the most current exchange rate. Don't worry, it's still the same great low price!

 

I have an incorrect item in My Order, what to do?

In the incredibly rare scenario that you receive a different product, we want to resolve any issues with incorrect items immediately! Please contact our customer support team at support@shopnessia.com with your order number and the incorrect item's name and number.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Shopnessia strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has been sold out. So, if you can’t found it on our website, then is out of stock. Please continue to check out our website as we are continually updating our online boutique with great new merchandise that you will love.

 

How can I use the discount codes?

All discount codes must be applied during checkout. Discount codes must still be active for it to apply and only one (1) can be applied per order.
